Team Outlook
Austin Hyde Park Baptist  - Coach Chris Duliban (0-0-0) at Austin Hyde Park Baptist and (0-0-0) Overall, Offense (), Defense (), returns 20 letterman 4 offensive 4 defensive starters with 10 letterman lost from a (6-5) TAPPS 3A Regional playoff team.  Overall Strength  Strengths on offense  Strengths on defense  0
Austin Texas Sch for the Deaf  - Coach Shannon Simon, Offense (Multiple), Defense (50), returns 20 letterman 7 offensive 7 defensive starters with 9 letterman lost from a (2-8) team.  Overall Strength (both offense and defense), Strengths on offense (running back, offensive line), Strengths on defense linebacker, defensive line).  Notes from the Coach: I expect a much stronger team this year with added depth and experience at all positions.  Bill Jacobs will be our team leader controlling the line of scrimmage.  Willie Finch struggled with an assortment of injuries last fall and should be back much stronger this fall to lead our ground game.
San Antonio Cornerstone - Coach Eric Mannheimer, Offense (Gulf Coast Offense), Defense (Split), returns 24 letterman 4 offensive 3 defensive starters with 16 letterman lost from a (12-1) TAPPS 3A State Champions  team.  Overall Strength (defense), Strengths on offense (receiver, kicker), Strengths on defense (cornerback, punter).  Notes from the Coach:  Cornerstone has great tradition in winning two state championships in three years in football.  The Warriors will need to replace both offensive and defensive lines; these players will be battling for starting roles.  There is good experience returning especially at the skill positions.  Speed and depth are question marks.  The quarterback position is up for grabs in a pass oriented gulf coast system.
San Antonio St. Gerard  - Coach George A. Pasterchick (3-8-0) at San Antonio St. Gerard and (3-8-0) Overall, Offense (Pro Set), Defense (27), returns 10 letterman 6 offensive 6 defensive starters with 2 letterman lost from a (3-8) team.  Overall Strength (defense), Strengths on offense (running back, offensive line), Strengths on defense (defensive line, cornerback).
San Marcos Baptist Academy - Coach Tim Georg, returns 13 letterman 6 offensive 4 defensive starters with 7 letterman lost from a (3-7) team.
Waco Reicher  - Coach Mark Waggoner (48-39-0) at Waco Reicher and (48-39-0) Overall, Offense (Spread), Defense (Multiple), returns 18 letterman 6 offensive 7 defensive starters with 17 letterman lost from a (9-3) TAPPS 4A Semi Finalists playoff team.  Overall Strength (defense), Strengths on offense (quarterback, running back), Strengths on defense (linebacker).  Notes from the Coach:  The team will be small but very quick.  All of the skill positions should be in good shape.  The offensive and defensive lines are thin and we will need depth.
