Any of the six teams could win it.  We will be stronger.  More experience, 3rd year in system.
Royse City  - Coach Rodney Webb (5-5-0) at Royse City and (11-9-0) Overall, Offense (Multiple Shotgun), Defense (50), returns 21 letterman 8 offensive 8 defensive starters from a (5-5) team.  Notes from the Coach:  This year's team should be stronger than last year's team on both sides of the ball.  Our strengths will be our experience, team chemistry, depth, and senior leadership.  We also have a more athletic team than we've had in recent years.  We need a quarterback  to emerge this spring, and we must overcome a lack of tradition in our football program.
Van Alstyne  - Coach Randy Matthews (20-15-0) at Van Alstyne and (20-15-0) Overall, returns 20 letterman 6 offensive 8 defensive starters with 8 letterman lost from a (4-6) team.
