Angleton  - Coach Joshua Potter (4-6-0) at Angleton and (4-6-0) Overall, returns 21 letterman 4 offensive 6 defensive starters with 20 letterman lost from a (4-6) team. 
Bay City  - Coach Alan Cherry (13-2-0) at Bay City and (143-35-0) Overall, returns 21 letterman 7 offensive 8 defensive starters with 20 letterman lost from a (13-2) 4A Div. I State Finalist playoff team. 
El Campo  - Coach Bob Gillis (50-14-2) at El Campo and (79-28-2) Overall, Offense (Multiple Wing), Defense (8 man front), returns 17 letterman 5 offensive 5 defensive starters with 29 letterman lost from a (11-3) 4A Div. II Quarterfinal playoff team.  Overall Strength (offense), Strengths on offense (running back, receiver), Strengths on defense (cornerback, defensive back).  Notes from the Coach:  Overall team speed is good. We are not very good size up front.  Work ethic is outstanding.  Quarterback and linebacker will be a key to our success.

Port Lavaca Calhoun  - Coach Gary Davenport (8-22-0) at Port Lavaca Calhoun and (97-70-3) Overall, returns 25 letterman 5 offensive 5 defensive starters with 9 letterman lost from a (4-6) team. 
Richmond Foster - Coach Mark Wiatrek (12-9-0) at Richmond Fosterand (109-74-3) Overall, Offense (Multiple I), Defense (Split 6), returns 26 letterman 5 offensive 7 defensive starters with 30 letterman lost from a (8-4) 4A Div. II Area playoff team.  Overall Strength (defense), Strengths on offense (receiver), Strengths on defense (linebacker).  Notes from the Coach: We have a chance to be a better football team at the end of the year.  This senior class was 9th graders when the school opened.  This group of seniors will be the first group to go 4 years to Foster.  A young offensive line will have to play well.  Defensively, a young defensive line will have to play will also.  Both lines will be young but they have potential to be very good.  This is the most team speed we have had at Foster.
Rosenberg Lamar Consolidated  - Coach Lydell Wilson (1-19-0) at Rosenberg Lamar Consolidated and (1-19-0) Overall, returns 14 letterman 7 offensive 2 defensive starters with 28 letterman lost from a (0-10) team. 
Rosenberg Terry  - Coach Tim Tekyl (69-58-1) at Rosenberg Terry and (73-74-1) Overall, Offense (Multiple I), Defense (Split 6), returns 26 letterman 7 offensive 5 defensive starters with 15 letterman lost from a (5-6) 4A Div. I Bi-district playoff team.  Overall Strength (offense), Strengths on offense (running back, offensive line, kicker), Strengths on defense (defensive line, linebacker, punter).  Notes from the Coach: Traviyon Clark and Darnell Jackson will have to battle for starting QB roll; both are outstanding athletes, whichever one does not start at QB will start at another position for the Rangers. An above average offensive line must really shine for the young backfield to mature; very fine speed on the defensive side of the ball; must grow up in a hurry.
