Arlington  - Coach Scott Peach (8-4-0) at Arlington  and (8-4-0) Overall, Offense (One Back), Defense (4-2-5), returns 40 letterman 3 offensive 2 defensive starters with 35 letterman lost from a (8-4) Class 5A Div. II Area Finalist playoff team.  Overall Strength (defense), Strengths on offense (running back), Strengths on defense (linebacker). 
Arlington Sam Houston - Coach George McFarland, Offense (Spread), Defense (4-2-5), returns 23 letterman 6 offensive 5 defensive starters with 20 letterman lost from a (6-5) 5A Div. II Bi-district playoff team.  Overall Strength (offense), Strengths on offense (receiver), Strengths on defense (defensive line).
Arlington Bowie - Coach Anthony Criss (11-29-0) at Arlington Bowie  and (37-37-0) Overall, Offense (I), Defense (4-3), returns 33 letterman 4 offensive 4 defensive starters with 30 letterman lost from a (4-6) team.  Overall Strength (defense), Strengths on offense (quarterback), Strengths on defense (defensive line).  Notes from the Coach: This team will have to play better defense than it did in 2003. We have 15 returning lettermen who contributed on defense.   The strong point on offense will be the QB position with Sherrod Harris.
Arlington Lamar  - Coach Eddy Peach (276-95-6) at Arlington Lamar  and (276-95-6) Overall, Offense (I Back), Defense (4-3), returns 41 letterman 4 offensive 4 defensive starters with 46 letterman lost from a (13-1) 5A Div. I Semi Final playoff team.  Strengths on offense (running back), Strengths on defense (defensive line, linebacker).  Notes from the Coach: This will be a very tough district.
Arlington Martin - Coach Ronnie Laurence (14-26-0) at Arlington Martin and (14-26-0) Overall, Offense (Spread), Defense (4-3), returns 37 letterman 6 offensive 3 defensive starters with 27 letterman lost from a (2-8) team.  Overall Strength (both offense and defense), Strengths on offense (running back), Strengths on defense (linebacker).  Notes from the Coach: We must be physical, the offense must improve and we must rebuild our defense. 
Cedar Hill - Coach Joey McGuire (6-4-0) at Cedar Hill and (6-4-0) Overall, Offense (Spread), Defense (3-4), returns 25 letterman 5 offensive 5 defensive starters with 47 letterman lost from a (6-4) team.  Overall Strength (defense), Strengths on offense (running back, receiver), Strengths on defense (defensive line, linebacker).  Notes from the Coach: To keep building from the 2003 season after we installed a new offense in 2003, the team started to gel by the end of the season.  With more experience we expect even bigger and better things.  The defensive is making a transition to a 3-4 and will be a big focus point for the 2004 season.  We have many impact players coming back from the 2003 season which include RB Wayne McNight and DT Terrel Nemons.
DeSoto - Coach Dave Meadows (24-13-0) at DeSoto and (27-20-0) Overall, Offense (Multiple I), Defense (3-3-5), returns 20 letterman 5 offensive 5 defensive starters with 35 letterman lost from a (8-4) 5A Div. II Area playoff team.  Overall Strength (both offense and defense), Strengths on offense (quarterback, running back, receiver), Strengths on defense (linebacker, defensive back, punter).  Notes from the Coach: We play a very tough schedule and expect to be an outstanding team.  We will have several veteran players - next to several new starters.  We will have to gel as a team.
Duncanville - Coach Dan Schreiber (16-6-0) at Duncanville and (29-24-2) Overall, returns 27 letterman 4 offensive 7 defensive starters with 35 letterman lost from a (8-3) 5A Div. I Bi-district playoff team.
