Team Outlook

Evant Elks (Black, Gold) - Head Coach Keith Stifflemire -  (16-15-0) @ Evant and  (16-15-0) Overall, Offense (Wishbone), Defense (Split), returns 25 letterman 7 offensive 8 defensive starters with 7 letterman lost from a (7-4) Bi-District playoff team.   Evant returns (3) 1st All-District players. Overall Strength - defense, Offensive strength - running back, Defensive strength - linebacker.  Notes from the Coach: MVP of District RB - 1200 yds; 1st All-District RB 1195 yds and 2nd All-District RB trio will make us the most explosive offense in the district.  We could catch Goldthwaite off guard and go several rounds in the playoffs before we meet up with Windthorst or Goldthwaite.  It will be tough to beat Goldthwaite 2 times in one year.  Everybody in the district will be stronger than last year so we can't get complacent.
